She serves on the board of several companies and is the founder of Cultural Fashions Inc. and Virtue Solutions Ltd. She is a graduate of Kenan-Flagler business school, Global EX.MBA of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill NC.

Ethel, partners with Strategic Capital Solutions Group Corp, a business advisory and consulting firm focusing on commercial real estate and business financing located in North Carolina where she currently serves as the director of business development and corporate strategies. She lives in North Carolina, is happily married, and has a 7-year-old daughter who lights up her world.
